Although there are MANY different ways to win 60 games in Road Trip I used the following method:
I chose to use the Los Angeles Lakers using Kobe BRYANT and Magic JOHNSON.
I defeated all 30 teams in the bronze medal challenges then continued to gain experience and then played the 30 silver medal challenges. You can play solo, or with someone locally to complete these challenges if you wish.

Just to add, you can also play with somebody on XBLive and both people get credit for the wins. Fun game.
