SLOW THE GAME SPEED TO ZERO! It makes it so you can get steals much easier. I tried everything else until I ran into this tip. I tried it out, and along with sliders and messing with BRoy's skills and reducing the Wizards dribbling skills to zero had the achievement in less than 10 minutes.

This is a really annoying achievement. It takes a bit of prep work to make it easier. First, go into roster management and boost all of Brandon Roy's skills. He is on the Portland Trailblazers. Next, go to the Wizards rosters and trade away all the starters for terrible players on other teams. The CPU will auto-correct the lineup so you have to go into rosters and manually place all the terrible players as starters. I did this instead of changing the Wizards player ratings because the CPU becomes really unpredictable when you do this. As usual, move your steal slider and defense sliders to the maximum and play 12 minute quarters on rookie. Also, set the reach-in foul slider to zero and adjust the number of fouls to zero so you don't foul out. When playing, you have to get a little lucky. A lot of times, you will enter a half-court trap with Andre Miller and just knock the ball out of bounds. Just keep at it and eventually you will be man-up on the point guard and just keep swiping away. A lot of times you will knock it to another player and not get credit or you will save it back to the person you just swiped it from. It took me nearly three quarters to get the achievement (Miller and Outlaw reaped the benefit by getting 14 and 12 steals apiece before I got Roy to 10). One last note note: I tried to switch it up a little and play as Andre Miller to swipe it to Brandon Roy, but Roy never seemed to be in the right position to grab the loose ball. Good luck.
