Yes, like the other two state, this is a simple achievement, especially if you turn the sliders in your favour, but the KEY FACTOR that is missed from the other two solutions, is that you play as the San Antonio Spurs (who Parker plays for in this game), being the ROAD team, against the MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES set as the HOME team.

You get the achievement the moment Parker scores his 55th point, so theres no reason not to play 12 minute quarters so you have plenty of time, thus allowing you to work on other achievements if you so wish. If you are just going for this achievement, you can just quit after you get it.

Road team set as San Antonio Spurs
You control the road team.

Simple achievement really....
Just pick the San Antonio spurs for a quick play now game as thats who TP plays for.
I personally set my half length for 6 mins as you can also rack up a few more achievements here...then simply score 55 points with the same player - Tony Parker. Most of his points will be scored on breakaways and are 99% lay-ups!
Whilst gaining this achievement I also got the Stilt 100 for 100G, From Downtown Rookie for 5G, Come Fly with Me for 5G, Magical for 35G and Double Double for 25G....so I scored a total of 220G for this achievement!

Very simple achievement. Pick the Spurs and play as Tony Parker. Play around with the game sliders and put the difficulty on easy. Then the achievement is yours.
