I got this achievement while also going for one of the tournament achievements. Play with 2 controllers and set the halves to 2 minutes. Also turn off the shot clock. Don't let either team score and have your main profile have the ball in the 2nd half. Wait until the game clock gets down to about 1-2 seconds left and take an easy shot with the defender not guarding you. Achievement unlocked!

Easiest way to get it is...
a) Start a 2 min half game with any 2 teams.
b) Turn all the rules off!
c) Make your long range shooting to the max(100)
d) Wait for the clock to have about 1.5 seconds left,and shoot the ball!
e) 99% of the time you'll make it, if not, their is still overtime you can do it in!
