Very easy achievement to get...
a) Start a franchise with any team, you just need 1 year... but I suggest putting 15 years still...
b) Simulate the entire season and NCAA Tournament.
c) Then, for when I did this, the McDonald's All-American Game was placed at the end of May or start of June(Or it could have been end of April and start of May) but, you will see on the calender a red square with the McDonald's "M" on it...
d) Click on the day, click play game, set the difficulty to All-Conference, set the time limit per half 2 minutes and then go to "Gameplay Settings" by clicking RT a couple times, and then tap RB once to go to "User Settings". Once there, just slide the "Long Range Shooting" slider to 100.
e) Start the game, and just bomb away three pointers.(Make sure your a bit opened, have some room to shoot or you'll get blocked and if not most likely hit the room)
f) Once you win the game, you should receive the achievement, if not, click quit game, and once you are at the calender section, it should unlock.

This trophy is available in Dynasty Mode. After your first season is completed in dynasty mode you will be taken to the off-season menu. After you sign your verbal commitments and players graduate, sim till you get to the McDonald's® All-American game. YOU HAVE TO PLAY THE GAME as either the west or east squad and all that matters is the squad you pick wins. When at the team hub page, do not select tip off yet, instead select gameplay settings. Change half length to 2 minutes and difficulty to All-Conference then hit 
and select tip off to play.
