Can easily be done without two remotes. Just play on freshman and using a team with a fast HB use the play "HB Pitch" and make sure the direction of the run is the direction with the most open field. Now just run at an angle towards the far sideline and then towards the endzone, a couple of tries maximum should allow you to break big.
You could also just boost it with two remotes, but it's a real pain if your trying to do it by yourself.

Unless you're good at breaking tackles, call a running play to the outside. If you get around the corner and make one or two defenders miss, you should be in the clear and be able to outrun the safety. You don't have to score a TD to get this trophy.
