From the main menu, choose exhibition game. Choose the team you want to play (or sim) with, and choose the team you want to beat. I would recommend choosing one of the powerhouse teams as your team, and one of the weaker colleges as your opponent. When you get to the uniform/playbook select menu, change your team's playbook to Option and start the game. After the kickoff pause the game and super-sim to the end. If your team scored more than 35 points, this achievement unlocks. I earned this achievement by supersim using Alabama, and playing against Arizona State with 5 minute quarters.
