A quicker and faster solution to get this achievement is when you tweek all the Game settings in your favor. When you are within the 20 yard line (the red zone) Make sure you score on every position you have. At the end of the match, the achievement will unlock

When you get inside the 20 yard line to the endzone that you are going to score is the Redzone, If you are in the Redzone and get sack or loose yards and you aren't in the Redzone anymore it will make it so you are 0/1 0% in redzone attempts. Should come naturally by playing a lot but if you are having trouble on getting it go into the Redzone and kick a field goal and make it. Do this one time and never go back into the redzone, either score long touchdowns or keep kicking field goals
