Just to shed some light on sssss1's guide. You can use Texas and keep their offense. The play that he is talking about is in the Shotgun formation under the Ace package.
It is call QB option and all you have to do is take it from anywhere scoring a touchdown after the play. Keep selecting this play with the setting tweeked your way and you can get it fromany distance in the first down of play.
If this takes you a few tries keep hitting Y and hurry up the play. Keep choosing the same one,and you will unlock 2 achievements in the end of the touchdown - this one and Aggressive Spread No Hurdle

In order to get this achievement is to use the play Read Option play. In order to find the play is to choose By Formation, under shotgun tab choose "Ace" which is the first row of plays, after you select than one that says "Read Option". You don't hold A to hand the ball off to the Fullback just run the ball with the QB. I would recommend using Texas and be less than 10 yards from the goal line. Once you get the TD it'll unlock couple seconds after you score. I'll post a video to show if you're having trouble with the achievement

The way you have to do this, is: Score a touchdown with your quarterback, using the play "Read Option". You can access this by using any team that uses the option formation. Instead of holding down "A" to give the ball to the FB just run it in for a touchdown. *Blink* Acheivement unlocked. I marched the ball down to the 2 yard line, then called the play.

I dont think every team has the play "READ OPTION" I have used a few teams that dont have it. Which teams have it. I scrolled through all the plays to find one called read option and can not find it. Any help would be awesome

By "QB Choice" they mean it has to be an option play where the QB has a choice to hand it off or run the ball. You have to choose an option play for this. Choose "Option Run" offense type after selecting your team. Don't choose a team with option offense type, because most wont have this play. Be sure to scroll through all of the teams until you can select generic "Offense Run" as your offense type. Once you are in game, on offense, and at the play selection screen - press 
to choose by Play Type>select Option>then go 5 plays to the left to find "Read Option" play. Instead of holding the 
button like you would for 1st option for 6 trophy, just tap to hike then run it in the end zone with the QB. The trophy pops after the touchdown.
