Just grab a team that uses the option offense. I used Georgia Tech again against a crappy team. Doesn't have to be one player, just 300 yards total as a team. I also piggybacked this achievement with the Option and First Option for 6 achievements in the same game.

You don't even have to play a full game for this achievement. Pick a game in season (I played with Alabama to get most of the season achievements.) Pick the appropriate playbook, then go to super sim. I set it with 10 minute quarter, but you can do more just to make sure you can get it. Should pop at the end of the game as long as you pick a pretty good team.

Very quick and easy method of doing this achievement!!!
Adjust all the stats in your favor, making the opposite team really crappy.
Pick Alamaba in a Quick Match game. set the time quater times to the max (15mins).
When the game starts wait until you have to call a Play. Hit the Start buttons, and go down to SuperSim. Sim the entire game, and the the achievement should unlock at the end of the game

Dangles
You can be any team, just make sure you change their offense to Option. Play 5 minute quarters and only focus on passing the ball. Once you have thrown 300 yards you can super sim to the end.
