How to unlock the West Coast/Pro Style achievement in NCAA Football 11 - Definitive Guide

1. Pick your favorite team, one with strong players, WRs in this case (I played Penn State, but I have a bunch of players with maxed stats).

2. Go to Play Now. Pick your team, press A.

3. Change the playbook to any one that's a Pro (I chose Nebraska). You can also select a generic Pro Style playbook.

4. Set your quarter length to 15 minutes.

5. Before the kickoff, go to Sim. Sim through two quarters.

6. 8 receivers is a lot. If your team hasn't had 8 players catch the ball, go to your depth chart. Sub out your top receivers with lower ones that are on your roster but aren't currently in. Then sim another quarter. If you have enough, then sim again. On the off chance that you still don't, then replace ALL of the players who have caught a ball with someone not currently in the lineup.

7. Profit.

Just pick a team that uses a West Coast or a Pro Style offense. I used UGA, always helps if you play a crappy team. Make sure you complete a pass to 8 different receivers (can be RB's and TE's too). To check, hit pause then game stats, go to passing and see how many different players have a reception.

I prefer this solution to the other one posted. I get simming for insanely long Achievements like 60 seasons of Dynasty, but for one like this it's more fun to hop in and throw a few passes. Super Sim the game to the end after you hit your eight if you really need to. I started a game with five minute quarters and was able to hit eight receivers in just two drives in the opening frame. Having names on your players makes it easier to look pre-snap at who's on the field and pick a receiver you haven't hit yet.

Pick a team with plays that you like and change their offense to Pro. Make all 5 passes you can make to starting players, then sub 3 new players into the game. Now complete a pass to them. Once you do that you can super sim to the end.
