A lot of people, including myself have been having difficulty being able to post comments to dynasty wire stories, with the issue seemingly being server side. Be cautious of this when you attempt to start this game as you will NOT be able to complete this game to 100%. No announcement of server closure has come thus far, but I (along with others) have had problems posting comments in NCAA Football 12, 13 and 14.

How to attain the achievement
You can get this achievement WITHOUT buying the Online Pass. EA amidst all their douchebaggery did give a 2 day free trial for everyone who plays the game, which is more than enough time to get this and the photo achievement.

Go into Online Dynasty and either start your own or join into a non private dynasty. Once in the dynasty click 'A' on the "Dynasty Wire" hub, which will take you to a screen with all the stories for the week on it. Click 'A' on anyone of those to leave a comment, once your comment is posted and the dynasty is saved the achievement should unlock. Make sure you save the online dynasty to your HDD or MU because if you don't the achievement does not unlock.

After you get your achievement you can continue playing if you wish, but if you just joined for the achievement, then navigate over to the 'Commish Tools' hub if you created your own dynasty and select the retire option. Otherwise go to the hub to the left of 'My NCAA' hub and select retire.

Online dynasty still doesn't work when you get this achievement because you need gold membership and online pass.

no you dont.... EA gives you a free 2 day trial of online.... which also includes the ability to use online dynasty... I haven't activated my pass yet I've got the achievement. Its pretty obvious you would need gold as well to get an ONLINE achievement. If you wanna keep playing you'll obviously need the online pass, I really don't understand what your trying to say with your comment...

ugh it wont let me post a comment everytime I hit the news article it says transfer failed dynasty wire comments are currently unavailable would you like to try again ive tried at least 30 different times on different occasions during the past two days in 5 different leagues anyone else having this problem

I'm not really sure. Maybe try simulating a week or something? That issue is server side so if that's the case then there might not be much you can do.

I tried using the website http://www.easports.com/dynasty/login but it won't even let me log in there despite my log in information being correct.

The same thing has been happening to me in NCAA 14. I'm not sure what's going on, I've tried literally everything.

I've used a disc copy and a digital copy, set up a static IP for my xbox, changed my DNS settings to the server address of the NCAA 14 servers, I've set up a dynasty, joined a dynasty, simulated up to week 7 and still nothing.

I think it's time to submit some flags for these achievements.

Strange that its broken for 14 as well. I only rented this so I guess I'll send it back without the one achievement.. but I'll try to remember to check in to see if anything gets fixed and maybe rent it again.

Yeah, if I was a completionist at 100% this would really suck since nothing pointed it to be un-completeable. It really would have been nice to have it finished since I've done everything else and this should take 2-3 mins.. but oh well.

Not sure if it's still possible to get this or what. Having the same issue as Bk Lucky Charms. The servers do seem to still be up. I created an online dynasty, waited a few minutes and that preseason update thing did show up in the Dynasty Wire.. but it just says comments are currently unavailable and to retry now (does nothing) or try again later.

I tried joining a couple of other dynasties and it just brings me back to main menu.

Last person to unlock this on TA was June 15th, 2015.. I realize not many have played this game but that's a long stretch for no one else to have gotten it. A couple people got it in May as well.

I tried to do my own online dynasty and was having trouble getting past the "create dynasty" step, since the EA servers seemed to be in a bad mood or something. I went into a non-private existing dynasty and got to the Dynasty Wire Hub, and the achievement popped as soon as I submitted my comment.

Time's getting short before the servers close (next month?) and I didn't want to put it off and possibly forget about it (it's happened with other games). I'd recommend going to an existing dynasty and try that route first, as it seemed to have problems with starting my own (maybe it's just this weekend, or maybe EA isn't allowing any new online dynasties to be created any longer).

Make sure you set the "private" category to "no" when you search for existing online dynasties, so you can join one. The Dynasty Wire will be one of the first screens you see after you join. As soon as you post your comment you can back out to where you will see a screen with an option to "retire" (just as the solution mentions), which I did.

Yeah, I hope it works out man. I checked the EA website and there is no mention of new server shut downs or anything so I don't think that's the case. Must just be acting up. Far Cry 2 does that a lot as well, hopefully it fixes itself soon. Maybe try checking other EA games and seeing if you can connect in those ones?

Really easy on this.. Just go to Online Dynasty Start a new coach.. back out and start online dynasty again go to your coach and team load that let it download your teams info and after uploading your dynasty data it will go to week 1, 2011, and hit A on dynasty Wire.. read the latest new and post a comment.. bingo got the 10 point Achievement..

Make sure you save when it asks you. If you don't click Yes to save it won't allow you to get the achievement. That was my problem for a bit. I didn't want to save because I was only joining to get the achievement but you have to.

Also note that the comment needs to be posted from your Xbox 360. If you comment through your dynasty's website and later return to your dynasty on your console, the Achievement won't retroactively unlock.

Just wanted to add a couple things for people having issues with this. Following Maliicious' guide when you get to the "Dynasty Wire" hub there won't be anything there at first. Just give it a few minutes and a "Preseason Update" should pop up. Just follow the rest of said guide from there and you'll get it. I thought i'd messed up because nothing was there, so I got up to do some things and when I came back the "Preseason Update" had popped up.

Also addressing the issue of getting the message "your profile does not have permissions to access this feature" even if you have the 2-day online pass and a gold account .Which is something I ran into. All you need to do is go to your "X-box profile settings" and change it to where everyone can send you voice/text messages. I did this and it worked fine after that. Thanks go to Sweet Louie V1 at xbox360achievements.org for finding this.

Unachievable due to server closure

From the Main Menu, go to Online Dynasty and select Create New Dynasty. Skip through the next few parts (creating your coach, dynasty options, team selection, etc) unless you feel like working on them. Once the online dynasty has been uploaded, from the online dynasty menu under the Pre-Season 2011 tab, select Dynasty Wire. Find a story, press X Button and write a comment. Once you press enter, the trophy will unlock.

This is online achievement. However, you do not need an online pass to do this. When it asks you if you want to redeem/purchase an online pass, you are also given an option for a free 2 day trial. Select this then go to Online Dynasty and join a game that has a few people in it and is a few weeks in. Go to the Dynasty Wire and write a comment one of the stories.
