NCAA Football 12

Have a stacked matchup in Play Now mode, like Oklahoma vs. San Jose State. Two controllers works well here too, but not entirely necessary.

Go to House Rules under the Settings on the main menu, change difficulty to Freshman, and adjust all the CPU sliders to zero, and all User sliders to 100.

In your game, when you have the ball choose any pass play with simple, straight routes, or routes you are comfortable with. Snap the ball and wait a few seconds for your receiver to get downfield. Tap the appropriate button for the receiver to lob it to him for a 50+ yard pass! If you have troubles with this, have the second controller pick a play that doesn't protect the pass well, or better yet have a friend control the guy covering you to leave you wide open. Edited rosters works great here too, it's up to you if you want to spend the time adjusting them.

I made this video and I hope it helps you. It is cheating at its best but an easy way to get a few of the acievements in this game.

I got it in a Mascot Mash-up game so yeah mascots are all 99 so might be easy. But this is just one of those achievements you'll easily get by just playing.
