For those of you who don't read the comments, Kasper4000's update:

Update Dec. 20, 2020!! Thank you thefrozeneskimo for making me leader. Like my friend thefrozeneskimo said, I'll be on a couple times a week to send invites or accept them to the crew. Just message me on Xbox or TA but please don't spam me to death with messages. Also if you want the Ferrari from the crew and you need a bit of time to save money to buy it, just let me know and I'll keep you in the crew a little longer (Week or two). I'll reply back to you when I get on the game and you've been accepted to the crew so you know you can hop on and get your achievement. If I have not replied back, it's because I'm busy so don't worry, you will get your achievement.

Update December 19, 2020: After 3 months of heading the crew and getting on daily to accept invites I am going to be passing the crew along to my friend Kasper4000. He has graciously accepted taking over crew leader duties despite being done with the game. He will be getting on a couple times per week to accept new members. Please reach out to him with any questions or for help joining the crew, and please be patient and gracious as he is willing to take upon these duties to help others out.

You can get this achievement by joining a crew that is already level 50. Thanks to HuntingTiger83 as the original creater and leader of the crew, MolecularAnt for passing it along to me, we have a crew that is level 50 for TA members to join. Kasper4000 has kindly agreed to take over the crew as leader, he is now who you should contact for invites/requests. The crew's name is TA Hunters. Once you get into the crew and get your achievement, PLEASE LEAVE the crew to make room for others. With EA Play being included in Game Pass, we're getting far more requests than we were before. I believe the max pending invites at one time is 5, so if you've requested to join the crew and haven't had any luck getting in over a few days, please reach out to Kasper4000 who is the new crew leader. Kasper will likely have to be kicking people out regularly as well to make room for new requests, so if you've sent a request, try to check back to make sure you get credit/get the achievement to pop before you have to be kicked to make room for new members.

I generally don't send out invites but we're still accepting every invite we get. Kasper4000 and I are both getting on daily and accepting all invites. We get upwards of 15+ a day right now with EA play being on game pass, so we certainly don't intend to leave anyone out but it's a lot to process with over half of the crew rotating every day. Updating my solution to include further details tho

Big shout out to thefrozeneskimo for helping me complete this game! I had sent multiple crew join requests but was never accepted so I messaged him here on TA. It appears to me that a lot of requests don't actually go through or are deleted after you log off or something. As soon as he got my message he sent an invite to me which I actually got and accepted which popped the achievement. Thanks again for doing this!

Well.. Kasper4000 doesn't do anything about it so I decided to look for other crews. Personally, I recommend Hunt for lvl50 [MUTO] where the leader is Bambukabox. I wrote to him and after a few days he added me to the crew.

@DitchLight I did get invited to the TA Hunters crew and got the achievement. But as stupid as I am, I forgot to buy the Ferrari before leaving the crew... I thought it was unlocked forever for purchase, but the car is only available for as long as you're in a lvl 50 crew.

So, thanks to the TA Hunters crew for accepting my request before, appreciate it. I did send another request to TA and also one to NewGhosts. Just after the car for completion purposes, I'll leave afterwards. Thanks in advance, guys!

Like I said originally, I will be doing this until the day EA decides to shut the servers down. I'm only hopping on the game once a week though.

As of just a few days ago, Kasper4000 was still accepting requests to the crew. I'll reach out to him and see but the crews don't handle big numbers of invites well, often if more than 5-6 invites pile up others just never show up.

Kostja93, you will have to leave your current crew to join a new one, the achievement should pop straight away after joining any level 50 crew. When I owned this crew, there was a few hard workers who helped boost to level 50 fast, I uninstall games as soon as I hit 100% otherwise would of kept ownership bit it's good to see it's still active and helping others. I do still get the odd msg from people asking to be added but I always direct them to here to check for crew name updates and send requests.

Update Dec. 20, 2020!! Thank you thefrozeneskimo for making me leader. Like my friend thefrozeneskimo said, I'll be on a couple times a week to send invites or accept them to the crew. Just message me on Xbox or TA but please don't spam me to death with messages. Also if you want the Ferrari from the crew and you need a bit of time to save money to buy it, just let me know and I'll keep you in the crew a little longer (Week or two). I'll reply back to you when I get on the game and you've been accepted to the crew so you know you can hop on and get your achievement. If I have not replied back, it's because I'm busy so don't worry, you will get your achievement.

Crew lvl50 thanks guys for helping who joined on the mini grind. Crew being handed to an LFG player who's changed it so don't spam me invites etc. Deleted previous comments to avoid toxic comments. Just to let people know. This grind is very easy. We did it in a few days with a crew of 16 no sweat.

Title says it all, get to level 50 with the crew. All members contribute to this total, and the rep required per level gets very high after level 40. Level 50 also unlocks the very cool Ferrarri FXX-K.

If you can find a crew that is already level 50, the achievement should pop when you join.

Edited: well I realize theres alot of us here with no luck so I decided to make my own crew and managed to get it to lvl 19 already. If everyone here joined and contributed at least 1million rp points we can reach crew lvl 50.

Sat at level 44 at the moment, I usually play daily and aim for at least 1 level on my own each session (2-3 million rep per session) that's without any other players adding to it. Anyone want to join, send a message. I am ruthless though and watch to see who's puling the rep and kick anyone who's just watching for the level 50 so they get the car with no input.... You either:

Are lucky and the game puts you in a good levelled crew when you start
Are lucky and have a friend that can invite you
Are lucky and while playing you randomly get invited by people in online lobbies

You need to put some effort into actively searching for someone to invite you

I did this in public lobbies, simply go in the menu

and press

the players list will pop up, check the crew tags and if in your lobby there is a leader, admin or recruiter of a lvl 50 crew, message/add him. If you're lucky, you'll find some nice guy that will accept you in his crew. Just search up his crew's name and request to be added.
