This one is rather easy to complete. After you purchase the Super Sports DLC the vehicle is unlocked for you to play. Enter the multiplayer portion of the game and select race, then hyper. After that just complete 5 races with the Apollo S. You are not "required" to win... but...
Note: I only tried it on the race, not hot pursuit, if someone gets it there let me know and I'll edit this.
Edit: Thanks to leinad2k and Unfcnbleevibl it is confirmed the only way to get this is through the race option. Thanks for the help!

I tried with some interceptors at first but finally got the achievement after 5 races

As the achievement says, it must be a race. Tried with Hot Pursuits since leinad2k tried it with Interceptors, it didn't unlock.

Go online and pick the race event, the hyper series and then the GUMBERT Apollo S. Complete 5 races to achieve this trophy. You can come in any place just do it five times for this trophy to unlock. You can get an D.N.F and still get this trophy. The trophy will pop up after the fifth race in the waiting for players screen.
