Really easy achievement to do I even did this while having my first cop chase me.
If you want a good map to do this on East Gorge Canyon has a good straight away.
First thing is to fill up your Nitrous Bar (Easy way to fill it up is by driving on the wrong side of the road) you will fill your nitrous bar very fast as a racer all the way wait till you get to a spot on the map where it's a straightaway no turns involved and Hold the (A) button for Nitrous down. You Should get it if you didn't run into any cars or side railing.

Actually, I did this in cop free roam when I first started the game, before I even played a career level, just went into free roam in Boulder Desert, and filled up my meter, then blasted off, you start in front of the dish farm anyways, and that's a LONG straight road, just don't hit anything and you're fine.

Its easier to get this with a cop car,the NOS gets finished almost twice as fast compared to the racer cars.

As the trophy description says, fill the nitro bar full, you do this by drifting, slipstreaming, driving fast etc, it's very easy to fill it and then simply use it all by holding down X and don't hit anything. A tip is to stop completely and then just hold X.

The nitrous bar is the bright blue bar in the bottom right. At the bottom of the car you will see the words press 
to use nitrous when it is full, hold down until the tank is empty. Do not hit anyone or anything and this will unlock. You can do this in freedrive or during one of the races make sure you are on a highway. I did this trophy in the first race event called Roadsters reborn. There are many straight-aways in that event so it should be a problem achieving this trophy.
