Once you are at the main menu go to the left to the hot pursuit online icon to go online. Go to quick match and then Interceptor, you will also need to pick a car series (based on your current level is how you will know how many cars you have to choose from). After those steps complete 10 interceptor events as a cop for this trophy to pop up, it will pop once you get back to the main lobby with the other racer. This event is just you against 1 other PSN player gunning to wreck the other. You can switch from cop to racer at any time if you are playing with a friend or a random player.
