You will unlock this achievement when you reach 450, 000 Bounty playing as a racer. These are progression-based achievements so just keep playing til you unlock it.

You will need to reach rank 8 as a racer with a total of 450,000 points bounty points to get this trophy. This will come during normal play as you progress through the game as a racer. Please see Most Wanted on how to get points and some of the better ways to level up.
