Fairly easy one here, just take part in 5 Most Wanted events online as a racer!
Easily boosted in a friends lobby with 2 people! Just alternate between racer and cop between matches, and get the racer to stop and have the cop park against them to get a quick bust!
If you manage to get in a decent lobby and stay in for 10 events (alternates between cop & racer) you will also gain -

As a Racer you can drive anywhere in this game mode since there is no finish line. The whole mission as a Racer is to destroy the cops and escaped or get caught by them. If you are the target you will have 3 other Racers (this may vary) to block any attacks the cops may throw at you. If you are the target get a way or get caught if you want to complete the event in the quickest amount of time, getting caught still counts towards this trophy. There is no time limit until the Racer that needs to get away reaches the cooldown stage, this will help to get away from the cops quicker, you will need to be a certain amount of miles away from the cops to reach the cooldown stage. Fortunately, this is easily boosted and you can alternate between being a Cop and a Racer by pressing
whilst in the pre-match lobby.
