How to unlock the Vengeance is Mine achievement in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit - Definitive Guide

You should get this fairly early on playing as a racer. Just destroy a cop car during a Hot Pursuit event.

Even easier to do it in a private lobby with friends.

easy achievement to get, all you need to do is ram a cop car with a racer until the health bar above the car is 0 and this unlocks

This is the same as Gotcha! Except you will need to wreck a cop in an event. Just wreck the cop to where the cinematic pops and then the trophy will follow soon after. The second event you unlock as a racer it is in the Eagle Crest section of the map and the event is called First Offense it is a hot pursuit.
