Still active, in case anyone was wondering, you just have to complete one online race. There still seem to be active players in the Quick Match section.

Just obtained this achievement and I can confirm that this is 100% active all the time now. All you have to do is complete one online race. It doesn't matter what you place.

Anyone want to get those online achievements? This is easiest online achievements ever except go to need for speed.com to active a community day and complete one event, but it doesn’t matter to win or lose and get this achievement too as well.

This is a timed achievement, meaning only available at certain dates designated by EA. Community Days are usually announced a week in advance on the xbox.com and EA forums. When the assigned date comes, EA will 'turn on' the achievement on their servers and anyone can unlock it usually just by finishing a single online ranked race in any position. Check the following forums periodically and feel free to post on there asking when the next one will be if you don't see any announcement.

This achievment has now been turned on permenantly by EA so just play a multipayer game and you should get it.

Bear in mind that this achievement can only be unlocked when EA says so. For this reason, try and get it as soon as possible, because one day this achievement will be turned off, discontinued and unobtainable.

It will go the same way as the similar achievement found on NFS Carbon....

Just thought I'd point out that depressing thought! Make sure all of you who do want it follow roy1751's excellent advice, and check out those websites at regular intervals!

UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

EA sometimes hold random events e.g. race weekends, just finish an event on a community day and you should get the trophy. To see if a community day is coming, see the following link: LINK
