This trophy will pop after the 7th level (level 6). This is what will separate the people that manage to complete this game and the people that don't. If you can manage to beat level 6, you can beat the rest of the game with enough patience.
I recommend trying to familiarize yourself with the level and learn where you need to go to traverse all the different areas. The hardest part about this level is figuring out how to get from one area and back to the other. All of the objects you need to collect will always be in the same spot every run, so you can choose to try and memorize where things will be across runs, though I don't recommend it.
