Pretty simple idea. Score 4 goals in 1 period of and NHL game. Move the sliders all the way in your favor if you have to, and make the periods 20 minutes long if your having trouble.
This also has to be done in a regular season game and not in the pre season or the playoffs.

Does this have to be a regular season game? I scored 5 in a playoff game yesterday (made sure it was on Pro) and it didn't unlock.

Yes it has to be a regular season game. I tried it in the playoffs as well and it didn't work

^ That is a perfect solution, but i will put it into greater depth just for some people who may not understand where to go:
1. Go to be a pro mode and select where you want your pro to start> CHL > DRAFT > TEAM SELECT.
2. Create your pro to your liking (position, style, name, size and equipment etc).
3. Let everything load and read/skip what your manager tells you.
4. Go to the first game on the schedule and press play game (sometimes it says simulate to this day, do that and then press on it again to play game. Again ^ Pre-Season games do not count)
5. Accept everything and wait for the game to start.
6. Before the face-off, press the start button and go to > SETTINGS > GAMEPLAY SETTINGS
7. Use RB/LB to go through all the different sections (Basic, General, AI, Passing, Shooting, Checking, Goalies)
8. And now adjust the game the way you want!
*IMPORTANT*
Even after you make your team jacked and the computers not so great, it's still not incredibly easy to score. What i suggest is turning the AI LEARNING all the way down (which is under the AI section) so that the goalie won't learn where you are shooting from. So if you find a nice point to score from, he won't remember you did it before and you'll have a better chance of scoring it again.
*TIP*
If you want to make it a bit easier, leave the settings at authentic and 20 minute periods so that you won't have to rush. I did it with 6 minute periods no problem.
