This achievement is unlocked by falling into a range of ranking points that will qualify you for the Pro level playoff in the EAUHL. You must play at least one EAUHL Ultimate Team game during a month, each win, loss or tie will cause your rank (which defaults to 500 each month) to move either up or down depending upon your performance and the quality of your opponent. The qualification period lasts for an entire month and the EAUHL playoffs typically run the first four days of the following month.
The range to qualify is not entirely known but if you reach at least 530 rank points you should qualify. I'm not sure what the max amount of rank points you can have before you would get pushed up into the Elite playoffs would be but with your input we can get the range pretty close.
The achievement pops as soon as you select Ultimate Team in the menu. If it doesn't pop your rank was probably not in the correct range.
