Just like the other two achievements that point is to get to level 10. It takes 1000 points to get to level 10. The fastest way is to win 7 straight games but in order to get the achievement to pop up you will need to play a full game. If the other player quits out it won't pop until you win a full game level 10 or higher. It took me a few more games till someone didn't quit (which means sometimes having to keep the game within a couple goals so the other person doesn't quit). I was level 14 when the achievement poped, so it shouldn't matter if it skips a level when you beat someone or if someone quits out when you hit level 10, because it will pop the next full game if you are still level 10 or higher.

Pretty simple really just win consecutive games in Ranked Versus matches. Be careful when it is choosing your opponent as sometimes if it cant find an opponent that matches your level it will choose someone FIVE levels above or below you. If you are a newbie LVL 1 and you let it get all the way up to +10 or +20 you will probably lose. Good Luck!
