This is obtained against the giant P-33 robot with the shade riding on its head that Gideon sends you to kill as the second part of the junk heap key fragment quest.
This one is really cake, honestly, as long as you make sure to do one thing. At first he is just on the ground and will launch out shockwaves across the ground but it mostly completely open to attack. Lunge at his legs with the spear special attack and evade roll away out of the shock field at his feet a few times and he will go into the second phase where debris attaches to make his wings. At this point, with dark lance equipped as magic with the highest +magic dmg word attached to it and the best magic cost reduction word in its other slot, charge up a full barrage while the robot is standing there waiting for its wings to assemble. I hit it with that and it usually completely destroys the wings immediately right away(you might need to be on a second playthrough to hit him that hard). He will then fly into the ceiling and cause debris to rain down for a bit, then he will land, tag him with pretty much anything if you have destroyed his wings down to tiny nubs and he will slump to the ground, the shade will fall off his head, and you just smack the shade who will split into 5 more shades. just kill the doubles with your weapon and then hit the original shade and that's that.
I got this on my first playthrough without even aiming to get it. He crashed into the ceiling twice before I knocked him out of the sky, so it's not necessary to kill him quite as brutally as I described above, but you might as well tear him apart in short order, unless you are on your second or third playthrough and are a sadist. (If you are at that point, you'll know what I'm talking about, but I tried to remove the spoiler that was here before.)

sorry, I was trying to be somewhat vague with those final comments, but I understand if I said slightly too much. I'll remove them as they are indeed irrelevant to getting the achievement. my apologies.

P-33 is the boss you will face the second time you go to the Junk Heap in part two. Skip all cutscenes, don't worry if you miss this trophy in your first playthrough, it will be much easier to obtain in New Game+
Unleash your most power magic at the beginning of the battle. Once most of his health has been diminished, he will fly beyond your reach. During the next 20 seconds you will be bombarded with falling debris, run or jump around to evade the debris. Once the debris stops falling, P-33 will fly back down. Use dark lance to knock him down for good, which will knock the shade on his head onto the floor, which will then split into several shades. Defeat all the shades and the battle is over, if you managed it with the time limit the trophy will unlock.
