To make it easier to obtain the achievement, you should learn the “Add Deck Party” skill. Set up the second tab with sideboards and while running around the levels as the SP scale fills, click on - when changing tabs with sideboards, they are automatically recalled and can be summoned again.
You can also use items and sideboards to speed up SP regen in order to change tabs more often and resummon sideboards.
