Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2

This is a simple trophy. Everything counts as a hit, including Shurikens or Rachel's machine gun hits so there are a lot of ways to get well above 100 hits. I recommend doing it on the mini skeleton enemies before the Bone Dragon boss fight on Chapter 7. You can spam Shurikens on them and easily get even a 999 hits combo.
