How to unlock the Combined Character achievement in Noby Noby Boy - Definitive Guide

This can easily be done outside the BOY house. Eat any animal or fruit and any human (you can eat them by approaching them and pressing L2). When both have been eaten hold R2 to fart(?!?) them out. They will have been turned into a person with an animals head and the trophy should unlock.

I have included a short video which I made. In the video you can see Boy eat a goat and a person and then combine them.

Do not have anything in Boy's stomach. Eat an animal, i.e. dog, and a person. Then press and hold R2 to fart/poop them out of Boy's rear end. They will be combined and the trophy will pop up.
