Simply beat each level in Karibu Valley within the time period allowed. The first few sets of times are very easy, but later into the game they will get harder and really start to pressure you.

These timesets are still pretty generous but you will need to put in a little effort for them.

If you took my advice in the roadmap of choosing a path, I highly suggest getting these done first as they are the hardest and once done you can simply take your time and go about whatever it is you need to do in the levels.
