Cloudberries are the small orange fruit found scattered along the ground, stored in different chests, released from the big purple plants, etc.

Each level has a set amount needed but the numbers are very generous and not hard to accumulate at all. Keep in mind, however, that when you receive damage you will drop a few berries and this does affect your total percentage.
