Simply beat each level in Lake Wake within the time period allowed. The first few sets of times are very easy, but later into the game they will get harder and really start to pressure you. If you took my advice in the roadmap of choosing a path, I highly suggest getting these done first as they are the hardest and once done you can simply take your time and go about whatever it is you need to do in the levels.
