OKAGE: Shadow King

As far as I know, there are only three ways to go about this. One way is to use Kisling and level him up to level 42 so he learns the special move Paralyze. Another way is to use Epros and level him up to level 50 so he learns the special move Random, then use Random until it inflicts Paralyze. The third way is to find an enemy in the Deep Grave Pit called the Ebon Slumbers and obtain a Chained Bottle from it, then use the Chained Bottle on an enemy to inflict Paralyze.
