How to unlock the Demons Die Now achievement in Onimusha: Warlords - Definitive Guide

To obtain the strongest sword in the game you must first talk to the moth man in either the keep or west area of the castle and enter the dark realm.

You then must traverse 20 floors of enemies and on the final floor open the chest to obtain the Bishamon Ocarina Flute.

After fighting Marcellos Final Form, the next room will have a Magic Mirror and next to that will be a doorway blocked by claws (or tentacles........ I dunno what they are). Use the Bishamon Ocarina and enter to recieve the Bishamon sword stuck in the wall demon.

MISSABLE

The Bishamon Sword is optional sword you can get to make your life easier in the final battle. All you have to do is complete the dark realm, that is available after the events that occur on the West Area. Just complete dark realm and you will get the “Bishamon Ocarina”. After the fight with Marcellus’s final form, in the room with the Magic Mirror, at demon world. There, you will find by the right wall a kind of highlighted thing, looking like fingers. Use the Bishamon Ocarina here and inside you will get the Bishamon Sword from the wall and earn the trophy.
