How to unlock the Secret Ninja Skills achievement in Onimusha: Warlords - Definitive Guide

As Kaede, stand still and hold cn_RB to ready your weapon. This allows for some fancier moves. Now you can dance around your enemies with the left stick and attack with cn_X. What you're looking for is Kaede to flip over an enemy so that you're facing their back. Hit cn_X and you'll slash the enemies throat, achievement unlocked.

This Achievement is for killing a demon with Kaede's special attack. This can be obtained in either of the two instances you control Kaede.

Find a single demon and press your stance button "RB, R1" and push forward to perform a dash (direction depending on character position) as Kaede's animation for leaping over the enemy is happening hold down your attack button once you land if you are directly behind the enemy then she will grab them by the neck and cut it this will one shot the enemy.

MISSABLE

You need to kill a demon with Kaede’s special attack. All you need to do is jump to behind a demon, then press and hold + + . Do this right, then Kaede cut the throat of the demon and give you the trophy.
