Just what the achievement says. You must COMPLETE and SURVIVE a Combat Sweep mission killing all enemies and destroying all weapons caches.
I got this achievement while playing the first Combat Sweep mission and also got the SWEEPER achievement at the same time. Its pretty easy I directed my fire team to flank from the right as I moved up from the left slowly. All the enemies will be shown with a marker and are fairly easy to eliminate. I think there are about 3-4 enemies per 'town' you must sweep through. There are also 3 weapons caches you must destroy, and they are also shown with a marker saying 'DESTROY.' The last one is kind of tricky because it's shown after your heli comes to pick you up so if you just run to the heli you will miss the last cache, its in a building about halfway down the hill.
Its pretty easy to get both achievements at once, I wasn't even trying and I got them both.

Yea, cannot find the last one. I hear they are always in different places, but it won't mark them until you are looking at it

In order to get this achievement, you must kill everyone on the map and destroy all 3 caches.There is no time limit but finishing in the smallest amount of time possible nets you a much higher score. First map is easier since its smaller. More info and hints can be found in the manual.
