I'm not going to do a wall of text Tactics Guide.

This is the high level Strategy that worked for us.

Destroy the Helicopter wreck on the far side of the map from where you Deploy, by taking a direct route.

THEN

Rescue Pilots

Whichever Player the Pilots are following lags behind a little (Healing any wound the Pilots get) while the other 3 storm a path to Evac Point.

When I say a "little way back" I mean compared to the other 3's aggressive shoot run stop shoot run stop,
the person protecting the pilots is just keeping up, at the back, using cover, heaing Pilots.
If you lag too far behind you will be overrun by those pursuing you.

If the pilots die and you fail the mission, you can still go to the extraction point and get the achievement :)
