This achievement refers to collected each of the Memories listed in your Inner Void. Note that Memories both unlock the Memory entry and add a consumable Memory buff that can be applied to a skill. Multiple copies of Memory buffs may be collected. Once a Memory entry has been unlocked, though, it’s unlocked for good.

Each memory has a chance of dropping from its associated enemy type and many enemy types drop multiple Memories so while you won’t need to probably farm a specific enemy type to unlock this, you will probably need to kill it more than once. Boss Memories always drop while other Memories have a chance to drop (in some cases they will always drop from a non boss enemy). There is a Remembrance you’ll likely unlock early on that boosts Memory drop rate. As Memories are also buffs it’s worth activating this Remembrance each time.

Memories are divided into 5 Chapters which are roughly associated with eras/weeks in which the enemies appear that can unlock them. However this is not universally true, a few memories in earlier Chapters drop from enemies that only appear much later. Completing a Chapter unlocks its Remembrance for purchase with your shards, as some Remembrances are pretty powerful this may be why.

The majority of these will come naturally as you play. It’s possible to collect them all by the time you start the 5th era and very likely they’ll all unlock by a few missions into that era without any extra effort on your part.

If you’re having trouble and just missing a few I’ve included some mild spoilers in the tag below to help out.

The most likely memory you are missing is called Peak and it’s Chapter 2, Page 1. It drops from the Lost Soul enemy. Lost Soul seems to have been bugged briefly, he wasn’t unlocking his Character Entry nor was he dropping his memory, so it’s possible you’ve encountered them without unlocking their memory. The Lost Soul only appears during Ritual missions, he’s the target that is casting the ritual that will kill all your daughters. Basically you’ll need to find and complete a Ritual mission to get this one. Ritual missions do start appearing during week 2 and become more common through week 5. As earlier Ritual Missions are much easier you may decide to start a new Recollection during week 2 (skip the first boss with the Remembrance) and just do missions until one appears. You can skip bosses during a Recollection by activating its associated Remembrance that skips them at any time. So if nothing shows up in week two activate the Key Remembrance (whatever it’s called) and skip to week 3. You can definitely win Ritual missions during week 5, it’s just much harder. The Lost Soul has many HP and the enemies you need to quickly dispatch are of the nasty type. Bring a Blademaster with Hateful Stance or Accepting Stance (plus Soulslingers with Spirit Haste) to kill him in time.

All the dark “Hate” Daughter types have multiple drops as does the Hopebreaker (which you won’t see in great numbers until week 5) and a few are very powerful and thus relatively rare. So take missions and kill as many as you can. It’s practically impossible to avoid Infested and, to a lesser extent, Maggots but if you’ve managed to avoid enough of the latter they do drop some of the rarer memories. Really if you have Peak from the Lost Soul, just keep running week 5 missions and you’ll unlock everything without having to farm anything specific. As long as you aren’t avoiding Hopebreakers there’s nothing that’s so rare that 5-6 kills won’t drop it.

Chapter 1 was actually one of my last unlocked Chapters so don’t expect them to go in a particular order.
