You can do this early if you want, just let a level 1 Daughter be killed on a mission (perhaps by the final enemy). Just keep passing your turn until one dies and the achievement pops.

But really this game is made for you to fail and start over. You’re likely to wipe on your first boss fight and even if you don’t Daughters on your first run won’t have any Remembrance benefits (such as extra HP). One will definitely die even if you’re trying to avoid it.

Just don’t reset a Recollection until you’ve lost a Daughter in combat, that’s it.
