Arguably this “story related” as you can’t finish the story without starting a new Recollection and acquiring the buffs you’ve earned.
You can do this at any time after the tutorial if you need a quick achievement. Just end your Recollection between missions. However wiping on a boss will automatically end your current Recollection and force you to start a new one.
Ideally simply get to the 7th day of the first week and face The Surgeon (you can face him earlier if you want but earning extra shards is always a good idea). He’ll very likely wipe you and you’ll automatically start a new Recollection and this will pop.
If, by miracle (or by guide), you do beat him the first time, I’d suggest getting to the 4th day of the second week, at which point you’ll discover the second boss and unlock a second, buyable Resurrection Token for your next run, then voluntarily end your Recollection and get the achievement.
