To earn lifeforce, you need to kill enemies. Most enemies only drop one life force orb.
This achievement will pop after you have earned 250 lifeforce orbs so you will need to kill 250 enemies then pick up the orbs they drop (or get your minions to do it).
You will get this achievement as you play through the game normally as there are over 250 enemies to kill.
