Follow the dots as best as you can to rack up enough points for lives and bombs. When pressured/cornered, use a bomb or, if you have enough lives, die (which will help to slow down the speed too, if needed).

Easiest way/stage to do it is on Championship II. When the round starts, immediately go to one of the side paths (that teleport you from one side to the other) and just kind of move back and forth to stay there. When the ghost finally appears and gets close to your spot, just teleport to the other side and move back and forth there as well until he gets close to you again over there, then teleport back. Keep rinsing and repeating until the time runs out. The trophy will pop after the game ends.
