First you need to open the “Tuxedo Hoff”, to do this, score 6, 900, 069 points in the “After party” in one run without reboots. The easiest way to do this is at Abusement Park. After you unlock your character you need to go get 69 million points in any of the Downtown levels playing as "Tuxedo Hoff". This trophy is cumulative, so you don't need to get everything in one go.
