The easiest way to get this is the first common Pal Sphere which can pretty much be bought right away in the technology tier 2 for 1 technology point.
It costs 1 Paldium Fragment, 3 wood and 3 stone. You can use the primitive Sphere Bench to start making them but if you want to make them faster than the Flash then you should use Sphere Assembly Line II allowing more Pals to build the Sphere's.
If you also use an Anubis Pal as well he has a 4 handiwork meaning he can make it even faster.
This was not retroactive before this new update so you will have to make 2000 Sphere's again.
