Panorama Cotton

This achievement, along with the rest of the challenge score ones (Quarter Millionaire, Half Millionaire, Almost Millionaire) are awarded for reaching this number in Challenge mode without losing all your lives. You can not rewind in this mode or use cheats so this is the "legit" mode. Unlike in Cotton 100% (the previous game in the series) this requires no effort other than progressing in the game. An average playthrough ends up around 1.3+ million points, so this should unlock well before the final boss battle. The only way anyone can avoid this if they die early or stop shooting at normal enemies (bosses and mini bosses block progress until they die). By setting your starting lives lower in the configuration menu you can start with up to 200k points by default, unlocking this even faster but this will make survival much harder and I would advise against it.
