There is a store in the game that lets you purchase extra lives. They cost $50,000 for the first extra life, $250,000 for the second, and $500,000 for the third. The achievement unlocks after you have purchased all three. Note that completing levels and earning 3-star ratings on levels are both easier with more lives, so purchase them as soon as you can afford them. You will earn far more than $800,000 total simply by completing the 160 levels required for Parking Pro.
