How to unlock the Sadistic Game Design achievement in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous - Definitive Guide

To receive it, you need to complete the game with certain difficulty settings and complete a number of required actions. Below are all the rules for Sadistic Game Design:
  1. Difficulty - Hard or higher. I don’t recommend trying to knock it out at a difficulty level higher than “Severe”, even on it there will be a lot of problems, but for others there’s no chance at all due to restrictions on rest.
  2. The squad's speed depends on the weight it carries. When this option is enabled, your heroes stop running and start walking if they have an inventory surplus or if they become powerless.
  3. Do not use automatic progression for the player character or companions. When starting a new game, set the checkbox next to “Automatic character development” to Off: a true roleplayer never lets some button do everything for itself. We develop ourselves and all our colleagues in the workshop strictly manually.
  4. Do not use retraining. When starting a new game, set the checkbox next to “Allow character retraining” to the Off position: A true role player never makes mistakes when creating and promoting their characters. He had everything written out in advance in a magic notebook long ago; there are schemes for transforming any bottom into the destruction of all living things.
  5. No more than 75 rests for the entire playthrough. There is no way in the game to see how many times you have rested. So again, write everything down in the magic notebook, and also make saves before battles and don’t forget to buy healers at every opportunity.
  6. Find and kill all optional bosses in the earliest chapter whenever possible. You need to kill 22 optional bosses. Namely: Chapter I (1. Wight, 2. Faxon (before the battle in “Heart of the Protector”), 3. Alchemist Cambion, 4. Succubus), Chapter II (5. Marauder Leader, 6. Plague Simlodon, three pieces, 7. Chivial the Pain Taster, 8. Mavgla, 9. An Ancient Sarkorian Ghost), Chapter III (10. Traz Spinolom and his companions, 11. Prorva and his gang, 12. Bodaki, 13. Sinful Flesh, 14. Playful Darkness), Chapter IV (15. Soul Hunter, 16. Wretched Quasit, 17. Haughty Aristocrat of Alushinirra, 18. Demonand Enslaver, 19. Melazmera), Chapter V (20. Marilith, Balor, Vawakia and Vrolikai, 21. Vrolikai Assassin and Shelupon , 22. Balor Marauder).
  7. Defeat Korramzadeh's army in Battle of Armies mode. The main thing is to disable the automatic control of the crusade. This battle takes place after the Army's statistics have been raised to rank 8.
  8. Raise all four Crusade stats to maximum. Everything is simple here, you need to pump up Leadership, Logistics, Diplomacy and Army to the maximum.
  9. Complete the Mythic Transformation. Everything is simple here, we just choose a mythical path to our liking at the beginning and complete all the chains of tasks associated with it, at the end you get a stylish portrait.
