You have to get 1,000,000K in cash to get this trophy. You will get cash by completing objectives and challenges during heists. Picking up random money bundles will also give a few dollars. All teammates in a heist will get the cash gotten from completing an objective.
If you don't have the Wolf Pack DLC, then you can get to a maximum of 145 reputation. You need 697,207K to reach rep 145. You can still earn cash after reaching max reputation level, so you will need another 302,793K dollar after reaching 145 rep. If you have the Wolf Pack DLC, then you will be close to reaching rep 171 when you have 1,000,000K.
You will get more cash for objectives completed on harder difficulties rather than on easier difficulties. You will get the most cash from completing a heist. There is also a big bonus that you will get for each player that is not in custody when the heist ends. Completing challenges will also give you a lot of cash. From the main menu, select 'Challenges' and then 'Active Challenges' to see a list of all challenges that you can do.
The Diamond Heist is a good place to earn cash since its relatively short, especially if you successfully bypass all three consoles without sounding the alarm and the code for the vault works. You can also go into a heist in single-player mode and do the first set of objectives and then quit. For example in the First World Bank heist, get the drill and place it on the gates, then rinse and repeat. Doing this will make you avoid the long waiting times where you don't earn any cash.
Finding a player who has the 'Mr Nice Guy' or the 'Noob lube' crew bonuses could help you get 20% more cash in a heist. Having two players where they have one of each will give you 40% more cash. Two players who each have for example 'Mr Nice Guy' will still only give you 20% more cash. A player needs to be at reputation 145 in order to have the 'Mr Nice Guy' bonus and a player needs to be reputation 5 or below to have the 'Noob lube' bonus. Note however if the player have the Wolf Pack DLC then that player needs to be at reputation 193 to have the 'Mr Nice Guy' bonus.

Go to single player, select the Undercover map, set the difficulty to overkill and disable bots. Once loaded, immediately start shooting, for this you will be given about 500k. All you have to do is wait a few seconds and as soon as he is dropped from the crane, there will be 2 scenarios: in the first case, he will remain here and you will be asked to install the saw. In this case, press restart and repeat the cycle again (naturally, for all this you get money, which is saved even if you quit). In the second case, the limousine will fall down, and you jump after it, since another task awaits you there, the essence of which is to shoot the cables. You shoot at the bumper, the limousine falls, for which you get about 500k. Once you have completed this action, press restart. If there is no obstacle, the limousine will fall onto the balcony, for which you will receive about 300k. After this, again, press restart. The best scenario is when you shoot at the cables in a limousine, because in this case you will get about 1600k, and all this takes no more than a minute and a half. In the other two cases, there will be less money, but you will finish the task earlier.
If you don’t have DLS, then there is another good way to farm. Go to single player again, select the First World Bank card, set the difficulty to overkill and disable bots. As it started, we go into the building and look for the manager. He will spawn in a random place. Once you've found him, start the heist and tie him up. Afterwards, run to the server room, take the thermite with the drill and run to the first floor to place it. Afterwards, run to the second floor to the offices and wait until you are given the next task to hack the computer. He spawns in four random places, but they are located quite close to each other. Once you have hacked it, you can restart the mission. For one such run they give 1300k and it takes 3-4 minutes (not taking into account downloads).
