go party mode and play cricket (uk rules)
Make sure your playing as both players (you only need one pad) hit the bull with your second player so player one is "bowling", hit anything with the three darts of player two and with player one you want to hit three bulls, achievement should pop right away (or after the second dart?)

popped for me on 2nd dart, thanks

the one who's nearer to the bull will start batting so just hit anywhere far away from the bull to have player two start off. you don't have to hit the "real" bull, you can also hit the green three times. that's how i got it.
