If you don't have a boosting partner/friend, an easy way to get this quickly (took me 5 mins) is to Host a Peg Party, & set the "Character Selection" to random, & "Rounds" to 1.
After 1 single shot the game is over so with two people you have a 50/50 chance. I got it on the second try.

Just keep playing Peg Party and eventually you'll win.

Join a Peg Party and beat all the other players. It's not that hard and there are a sufficient amount of people playing Peg Party online. However you can find boosting partners here.
